We walked into the store pretty much knowing what we wanted and that they had it (on sale) after researching on-line. The salesman was professional and got the process/order done in a timely manor. We were notified about our upcoming delivery with the right amount of notifications. The deliver guys were on schedule. De-boxed, installed all the backyard furniture and removed all the packaging. Seamless. I wish all things went that smooth.

Finally bought a new couch and interacting with Heba the salesperson was the most enjoyable experience! When we're in need of anything else, we are definitely seeking her out specifically again. She was extremely knowledgeable about all products and super friendly and personable.

Was greeted with friendly and personal staff that allowed for proper private discussions as well as informative information to help better select my furniture. Positive experience all around. Only thing to note negatively is a charged delivery fee.
