The Brick-Peterborough

On my first visit i met David Witt. David offered assistance and i explained that i was just a scout for the real buyer and she would be in later. He handed me his card and let me be. He did approach me after i landed on a piece that interested me and gave me some insightful details.. I left, but once a decision was made i waited till David was in again to complete the purchase . As i left the store i was introduced to the store manager and thanked for my business. I appreciate being treated with respect and appreciation. The Brick Peterborough and David did just that . I purchased a washer and dryer and dining room furniture and Mary Jo was the sales team member I dealt with. Not only was she knowledgeable about the products, she was helpful in making recommendations that suited my needs best. Mary Jo was involved throughout the entire order process. She did not stop after the sale was made! She was kind enough to contact me to advise of an earlier than anticipated delivery date for my order and provided detailed instructions for preparing the old appliances for removal. Mary Jo and The Brick team really went above and beyond my expectations.

Had an excellent experience today at the brick Peterborough. The sales associate Kim and store manager Michelle were both amazing and gave my parents and myself a great and easy shopping experience! They both went above and beyond - thank you both we love our new couch!
