We had our new garage door installed the other day. The fellows did an outstanding job! They were so very pleasant and professional. The finished product is better than anticipated. We were happy to replace our very heavy, old wood door that Active Garage Door kept in good working order all these decades. But it was time to move on to a new, updated, insulated door. Thank you all for a wonderful, seamless experience. We have used Active Garage Door since we bought our home in 1989 and have always been pleased with their prompt and excellent service. The only company I would recommend.

Love our new garage door. Installers were prompt and did a great job. Office and consultation staff communicated well via telephone and email. Highly recommend Active Overhead Door. We just got our garage doors replaced by Active Door. They were very professional.

LTA GARAGE DOORS REVIEWS

After recently moving in to a townhouse, the garage door keypad/push button stopped working. I found LTA online, and called Leo. He was able to fit me in to fix what was broken, as well as get a remote door opener synced. All that needed to be fixed was a wire connection, and Leo told me to return what I had purchased as it wasn't needed. As he was here for about 5 minutes he left before I could compensate him for his time. Experiencing honesty in companies/people (Leo) is so amazing to see!

Excellent service and rate! Leo is a very honest and straightforward guy. Fixed a minor garage door issue within 10 minutes. Came within a few hours of my call. Even lubricated the garage door while he was here. Thank you so much for your help!!!

Leo's the best. Tried his best to help diagnose and fix my garage door opener via video call, but ultimately I needed to replace my opener. Prices are very fair and service is extremely efficient. A++, thanks Leo.

I've used Dodd's (previously Overhead Doors) through the years to service my garage doors at various homes that I have owned. I can always count on their service technicians to be very knowledgeable, friendly and service focused. Paul M. repaired a broken cable on one of my doors today, and he went above and beyond during his visit to ensure that both of my doors would remain in good working order. I would highly recommend Dodd's.

10. Our call to Dodds for a broken garage door opener resulted in a service appointment the next day. The technician (Tim) did a great job on fixing the unit and it now works perfectly. He explained the issues clearly and did a bit more than absolutely required to ensure the new parts would not be subject to the same stress that caused the previous failure. Much appreciated. Based on this service, if we run into any problems with our other door openers we will be sure to use Dodds again.

From the initial meeting with our sales representative Francis to chatting with Mo who facilitated the day/ time of delivery and installation of our new garage door has been a very pleasant experience. Recommend Dodds Garage Doors.
