Came within the agreed time. Phoned first when a couple of blocks away. Explained every step of procedure making sure I understood everything.covered my floor and stairs to ensure no damage. Cleaned up when finished. Walked me through my new hot water tank features and what to do in emergencies. Showed me the service number on the side of the tank and encouraged me to call with any questions Gave me many opportunities to ask questions.gave me peace of mind. Polite. Friendly. Professional. Was also nice to my cat. Very pleased with the service person. THANKYOU. Also: when I called to schedule inspection and repair, the first person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and I appreciate her taking care to get me a quick appointment because there was water all over my floor. Not sure how this could have gone any better than it did overall.

Excellent prompt service. Telephone call was answered quickly, same day appointment given.Technician arrived well within the 4 hour window. He telephoned with a 20 minutes headsup and upon arrival.Assessed and fixed the hot water heater issue within 30 minutes. I am very impressed with the whole process. Well done Reliance!!! Would definitely recommend this group.

After I realized that my water heater was broken, I call Reliance. They scheduled an appointment. Muhammad came within an hour. His diagnosis was quick: doesn’t make sense to do complex repair on 22 year old unit. He explained my replacement options. I was impressed how efficient Muhammad was. Mike, Jordan et Elia ont récemment terminé un important projet de chauffage, de climatisation et de traitement de l'eau dans ma nouvelle maison. Ils ont fait un travail formidable. Professionnels, ils ont pris soin de tout. Tout a été fait correctement dès la première fois et ils ont été responsables. Ils sont entrés dans la maison en mon absence, l'ont traitée comme si c'était la leur, ont nettoyé après et m'ont expliqué le fonctionnement des équipements et m'ont expliqué qui contacter pour les services, etc. Merci à toute l'équipe, excellent travail.

J'ai installé le chauffe-eau et tout s'est bien passé. Les techniciens étaient courtois, ont fait un travail de qualité et ont nettoyé après. Un grand merci à Joe, Mike et Jordan.

He's honest and thorough and always manage to share helpful knowledge I didn't think to ask. Absolutely excellent customer service from scheduling with Helen over the phone, regular text updates with a picture of who will be coming and appointment confirmations and the email summaries for the work that was done.
