Vincent was fantastic!! Great energy (even in the morning, which is refreshing to interact with!) The process was super easy and straight forward, which was wonderful as I am moving between houses and I need as little stress as possible- Vincent helped with this. His friendly demeanor made asking questions easy and reliable. He recommended an excellent lock as well, he knows his stuff! Thanks again Vincent :).

Absolutely great customer service at the 1207 Appleby store !! Jerry was very helpful and explained the rental process clearly, and then showed me the 2 sizes of units I was contemplating. The facility is very clean and lighting is very good. it also is energy efficient in the fact that it turns on in areas you are walking through and then off when you are through them etc. Highly recommend this storage site… I am familiar with it as I had a friend that used it and had a good experience there as well. When the person that greets you at the counter has a positive attitude and is able to explain things well. that is a “big plus” for a company. Jerry was fabulous.

Extremely clean facility with lots of options for sizes and prices. Keep an eye out for specials they have posted on their website. Had a really good customer service experience with Jerry and Julia. Both are very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to deal with.

It was my first time ever renting a rental unit and Jerry was super helpful. He explained everything in detail, showed us the unit and made the experience seamless. Thank you.

You can tell how much this place values customer service excellence. The overall place is very clean, maintained and easy to maneuver around. I highly recommend choosing this storage location, you won’t regret it.

Maryam is a great person. She showed me all the available storage units and illustrated the advantages. She was so helpful addressing all the promotions and I decided to commit right away. The facilities are super clean and brand new in a fantastic location.
