John, Jarrod, and Sophia attended to an overgrown, 30 year old, silver maple that was in bad need of a cut back. Being in Headon Forest, the danger of tree fall on adjacent properties has been a concern for us. Winter ice storms and high winds often yield major branches falling on our property as well as our neighbors' properties, narrowly missing our deck, fences, shed and house. The time had come to address the situation. I wanted to spend locally so I called up Jack McFarlan to receive a quote. Jack reacted quickly to the call and arranged a visit for an assessment and a quote. The quote received was quickly produced and was competitive. A date was booked for the service to take place. On the day scheduled, an email confirmation was sent and the skilled team of intrepid professional arborists arrived on site - on time - and prepared to do battle with the tall timber. They quickly assessed the plan of attack and ascended into the ethereal boughs. Working quickly, the three person team made quick work of the project, completing the assault in no time. I would highly endorse Mcfarlan Tree Care as your go to arborists for all your future tree care needs.
McFarlan Tree Care was excellent! Saturday's storm caused a huge branch to crack and one day after contacting them, Jack and his crew arrived at the end of an extremely busy holiday weekend to efficiently and professionally remove the branch and all of its debris. I have asked them to return at a less hectic time to attend to other old, precarious trees. They were recommended by my neighbour and I will be happy to do the same.
Jack, & his team, did and incredible job on the property! They really cleaned things up, opened up the views, and made space for some wonderful trees to flourish. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and left the grounds very tidy after all the trimming and stump removal. They are very well priced for his services. Writing a long overdue review for Jason and his crew. I have had Jason work on our property each year for the past 3 years and each time I have had a phenomenal experience. They are very knowledgeable (more so than the city tree inspector that was adamant one of our trees was healthy, which is was not), they are friendly and professional, they leave the job site very clean and do a fantastic job. Jason is also very fair in his quotes. I highly recommend Treeworks and will continue to call Jason in the future!
Big thanks to Jason, Catherine and the crew. They did a great job pruning my shabby looking Locust, clearing around hydro and cable lines and elevating around my other trees and shrubs. They are easy to deal with, respond quickly to emails, and their pricing is very fair. I got a handful of quotes and these guys had the best pricing and the best lead time, and their work is top notch. If you’re in Burlington or surrounding area, I highly recommend you contact these guys, they can’t be beat.
Jason and his team were great. they didn't mind us coming to see the work they were doing and then when finished Jason had us come out to make sure they met our expectations on trimming the very large silver maple in our backyard. there clean up was great as well! Reasonably priced for trimming the large tree.
