Best Towing Services in Burlington

I had my Kawasaki Ninja towed to my condo this afternoon, and am so impressed with the quality of service I received. Unfortunately I didn't get the guys name, but I want to let the company know how amazing this guy was. He made me feel comfortable and assured that the tow was safe and I'm elated to have my bike home. Thank u so much to the tow truck guy who made this experience so great!

I had a flat tire on Hwy 403 last night. After calling JKM, a truck arrived promptly. Driver was friendly, approachable and he had me on my way with a spare in no time. All for a very reasonable charge. I hope I don't need to call JKM again, but if you are stuck at the side of the road and are Googling tow services like I was, you can rest easy calling JKM.

I made sure to get Andre's name. He's an absolute asset to the company. Super forthright and transparent from the get go. Gave me several options and how to proceed with my tow and waited for me patiently as I went to the wrong place first. I have heard a lot of tow truck horror stories but Andre was a true gentleman and extremely professional

Absolutely amazing service today from Gary D! He really went above and beyond to help us out today as soon as we needed it. He was very helpful & just overall an amazing person. Highly recommend using him you will not be disappointed. Can’t thank him enough for making our experience great!

Had a wonderful experience because of Gary D. Obviously getting a tow is not something you want to have to do but he made this as easy as possible. Got in an accident on the highway and was pulled over on the side, when he arrived, he told me I could go sit in his truck while he got my car hooked up. He took me to the collision reporting centre in Hamilton then all the way to my repair shop in Burlington. He made the whole process just a little less stressful. He will also make conversation with you so it’s not an awkward and silent ride. If you need a tow I do 10/10 recommended here. Getting a tow can sometimes be stressful especially when it comes to billing but this company deals with aviva and was super easy.

Had an amazing experience with Gary D. He was super helpful and really nice. He made sure that after the incident we had all the help we needed. He dropped us off at the location we needed to go. He went above and beyond, he offered all the help he could and whatever was needed at that time. Happily would recommend Gary D to anyone in need.

I was involved in a situation on New Year’s Eve. We have them a call the next day and they went above and beyond to help us. They set us up with a used car service that came right to my house, towed my car to the lot and even came to pick me up at work a few days later to take me to the police station and place to drop my car off to be inspected . These where things above and beyond that no towing company has ever done for me. I recommend them to everyone as they truly care about the people who call to use there service. You will not be disappointed in the amazing service given.
