Rami replaced our garage door opener promptly, was very responsive to my requests, clearly and concisely explained the choices for the opener, recommended the best deal for opener, arrived on time and completed the work professionally. Happy to refer him to family and friends!

I needed help on the civic holiday weekend. Rami came immediately, assessed the problem and fixed it! Efficient, courteous, knowledgeable, reasonable rates and he has the parts needed to not only fix the garage door opener but to improve its performance. Thank you!

Came same day ( on a stat. holiday) and replaced torsional springs and rollers etc. Excellent job, good fair price. His great service was much appreciated.

Fantastic garage door and fantastic experience!! From the start of the process setting up the initial quote to the end result, we were very pleased with Active Door. Trish and Robyn kept us informed throughout the process. Shaun did a great job with explaining the benefits of the door and opener and Jay was awesome from start to finish with the install. We would highly recommend Active Door.

My garage door was having issues closing for a while and becoming a nuisance. I happened to came across Curtis while working at a neighbours house.I was able to schedule an appointment within 2 days. When Curtis arrived he examined the door. By the time he finished my garage door was opening without issues but also quieter and smoother than it had done in many years! I asked about replacing some of the older rubber parts - which he agreed was a good idea - but I really appreciate that he did not try to oversell me on part. Fair price, good work and a person who really wanted to do a good job! Brings back memories of good service. Highly recommend.

I called today, got a true estimate on the phone and was told someone would be out today within 4 hours. Paul the service technician happened to be in the area and came by within a half hour. The garage door was fixed and calibrated within an hour. Amazing service. Thank you so much!
