We had a wasp issue in our home, and John was sent out to help us. Not to get all excited about it, but John was absolutely incredible. He went above and beyond and I truly feel satisfied and confident in the service. John was friendly, professional, and put up with a chatty fellow (me) the entire time he worked. Haven't seen a wasp all day, and we have John and Action Pest to thank for that. Would ABSOLUTELY reccomend, and ask for John if you can!! He was the best.

He offered advice on how to fix the problem without a sales pitch and was honest in his approach. He didn't try to rip me off but rather educate me on the options available to me and instruct me how to manage the problem myself. Devon listened to my concerns and assured me that he would do a complete apartment spray with 22 years under his belt, I was confident I was in good hands. When he was finished, he met me outside the apartment, explained the outcome and I was on my way. Very professional, put booty covers over his boots before entering my apartment.
