J'ai fait appel aux services de John le Plombier à deux reprises. La première fois, pour réparer et moderniser des robinets ; je suis passé de douches à faible pression à une pression d'eau exceptionnelle ; absolument génial. La deuxième fois, j'ai eu une fuite urgente dans la maison, par le plafond du sous-sol. Andrew est venu très rapidement, il a été très minutieux, a tout expliqué très bien et a fait le travail ! Heureusement.

Excellente entreprise. Ils sont arrivés rapidement et à temps. M'a donné mes options et le coût initial avant d'effectuer des travaux. L'équipe était très polie et professionnelle. Ils ont fait un excellent travail et ont résolu le problème que je rencontrais. Il m'a montré le problème avant d'aller de l'avant afin que je sache exactement ce qu'ils devaient résoudre. Had a wonderful experience with Rescue Rooter thanks to Ben. We had an eruption of junk coming up our sinks in the basement which led to quite the cleanup. We called Rescue Rooter and they had someone come out the next morning. Ben showed up right at 9am as they said he would and was very pleasant. He made sure to listen to our problem and asked thorough questions that might help him find a solution. He showed us where he believed the issue was and then went to work. The issue was a little bigger than I think was anticipated but Ben took care of it quickly. Afterward, he thoroughly explained what had happened and answered any questions we had. Overall, it was an amazing experience dealing with Rescue Rooter. Ben, you’re a rockstar.

We called about some plumbing issues and, though not an emergency, the team arrived the same day. Our main worker is an apprentice named Ben. He was incredibly efficient, determined, friendly and smart. Between the two men, all of our issues were fixed to above expectations and at a price we thought was extremely fair. We have used Rescue Rooter in the past and will continue to call them whenever we need to.

Steve was friendly, courteous, performed great work and shared tips on how to improve my kitchen plumbing setup when I mentioned we had plans to renovate in the near future. He gave a detailed explanation of the work he performed as well.
