We recently had our Septic system pumped, which was a 1st for us since moving to a house with a Septic system so did some research and found GetPumped and so glad I used them. From the initial responses from Crystal, which were timely and helpful to booking in a time and date I was really impressed. Then on the day Blaine turned up when stated, and not only did he do the job he also highlighted a number of issues we had with our system, even though it had been inspected a few weeks prior. He didn’t need to do this, since not his job but he was honest, helpful and took the time out of his day to explain. Definitely will use again, in fact will not even look elsewhere. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. A family business, providing great customer service!

Very friendly and personable! Responded quickly to my inquiry and showed up when I needed them! Even though he broke his arm the night before our appointment, he *still* showed up, with his sweet wife, and got the job done, with smiles on their faces! Will definitely be using them in the future

Highly recommend Rod and his crew of hard working guys. Making an old septic bed work properly takes a lot of things… knowledge, big equipment, connections to suppliers and the ability to explain that system to home owners… and Silver Bullet has those things. I appreciated the reliability and punctuality. If Rod said they were going to be there, or drop something off, he was there on time. Warning, this team can consume a lot of donuts and muffins. But they earn them. Thanks for the updated septic system and improved pond drainage. A job well done.

Top notch service! Came home after a night shift to my basement flooded- I’m new to septic and Rankins sticker on the pipe was the first number I called. Chris promptly returned my call and walked me through what caused the backup. He was kind and patient and helped me discover the issue over the phone. Ended up being a plumbing issue that he helped me find a quick fix for that got the water out. I will be calling soon for a pump! Couldn’t be more satisfied with the professionalism and service.
