Afterburn Performance

Afterburn is by far the best gym I have ever been to! The staff is knowledgeable and give advice whether they are on or off the clock. They welcome you with open arms and everyone is like one big family. The atmosphere in this gym is like no other; everyone is so positive and cheer each other on. The metabolic classes are amazing, they kick your butt and you leave feeling very accomplished! I have been going to Afterburn for about a year now and would recommend this gym to anyone of any fitness level.

Great atmosphere, friendly and helpful trainers. The gym is clean and well maintained. Nice equipment. Great music for classes. Wicked workouts that can challenge anyone at any level. Such an awesome change to mix up a boring workout rut! Even the great members at Afterburn encourage and are friendly. I love Terry’s work ethic and no-BS approach to health and well-being.
