She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Dr. Martha practices at Capital ObGyn in Fredericton. She is clinically interested in pregnancy care, contraception, and pelvic pain. In addition, she offers routine checkups for pregnant women. Dedicated to providing excellent care and treatment for her patients, she is also a member of the Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology (SOGC) of Canada, the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, and the Atlantic Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ASOG).

2025 Update: She served as the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology’s clinical department head for the Fredericton area. Dr. Martha Mills has held multiple local, provincial and national committee and leadership positions, including President of the Specialty Council of the New Brunswick Medical Society, President and Scientific Director of the ASOG, Chair of the Drugs and Therapeutics Committee and Medication Management Committee. Capital ObGyn consists of a group of eleven Obstetrician-Gynecologists who provide a full range of obstetrical and gynecologic services to patients.”
