My kid had eye infection, I called and they had a appointment for the same day. Nice administration, good doctors. Didn't have to wait a lot of time. Very good experience.

Friendly, professional and knowledgable doctors and staff. My family has been patients at Spectrum for years now and we have always had excellent service and care provided to us.

Seems like a well oiled machine. Administrative staff were very friendly and efficient. Doctor Wiley was professional and thorough. I was able to get an urgent same-day appointment even though I had no prior history with this clinic. Keep up the great work, Spectrum!

I have been going to see Dr. Smith at the Downtown Optometry Clinic my entire life. I have also seen Dr. Mulherin and my husband has seen Dr. Bartlett. I have consistently been impressed with the teams professionalism and ability to get the products that are exactly right for me. They are friendly, accessible, and supportive. The rates at Downtown Optometry are extremely reasonable and have an impressive collection of frames. I once went to Costco because I heard that they might have lower prices on contacts but ended up back at Downtown Optometry after the opticians at Costco tried tried to give me products and change my prescription in a way that would have ended up causing eye strain. It's important to have competent professionals taking care of your eye health and that's absolutely the case with the team members at Downtown Optometry!

I can see! I had great service. The frames were a little expensive but worth it, they look great. It was important going in and finding glasses that fit my face and having a 3rd person perspective to judge the fit, they also adjusted them professionally so they fit perfectly which is cool. I'm glad I can have them adjust the fit on my face if they get a little warped over time which is awesome.

Our whole family has gone here for the past 8yrs. Staff is professional, polite and very helpful! Dr Bartlett is warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. It's always been a great experience.

I work at FYidoctors and needed an eye exam after returning from maternity leave. I made sure to book with our new Lead Doctor, Dr. Andrea DeSouza, since I was previously with Dr. Lee who has since retired. She was very thorough and provided an informative exam. I am very excited for our patients switching over because I know from experience that they will receive the same level of care.

Beautiful new location with the same excellent service! The staff are amazing and always go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. They take the time to explain everything to you and will try their best to make sure you understand everything before you leave, but are always willing answer any questions you may have. Very patient and knowledgeable, never make you feel rushed or hurried, and always make you feel welcome. Great selection of Eyewear too, and they can help you find something to fit your lifestyle. Highly recommend this location, Thank you so much to the amazing staff for making every experience positive!!

My eyeglasses had a problem with their handles and they were hardly fixable, and even though i haven’t bought mine from FYIdoctors, they sincerely helped and fixed my eyeglasses. At both times, Dean was very supportive and nice, and saved me hundreds of bucks! I appreciate it so much, thanks Dean!
