I am visiting Chilliwack and was recommended to have my hair done by Jessie. I was looking to go from some grey and some red. Jessie was very up front about price and time. After 6.75 hours I could not be more pleased with the results. The whole experience was amazing. I have curly hair so was anxious see how it was with the colour change and shorter than I usually have it. I am beyond thrilled.

Abigail worked her magic on my curly hair! As someone who is finally learning how to love and style my curly hair it was a treat to have someone so knowledgeable give me realistic tips and and advice. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my hair. She also did a great job with some natural looking highlights.

I had my eyebrows threaded & tinted by Abigail. She did a fantastic job, kept my natural shape like I wanted, and was also an absolute delight to talk to during the appointment! I will definitely be returning :)

I booked an appointment online at Refinery House and was contacted within 24 hours to set up an appointment! The admin/receptionist Spencer was lovely to talk to over email with and I decided to book with Melinda. I had my appointment earlier today and she was the best. I was feeling really anxious about getting my hair cut but she made the whole experience really lovely and gave me breaks when needed. She is awesome to talk to and gives you style advice when needed. The whole atmosphere of the store is beautiful and makes you feel welcoming. I will 100% be coming back and totally recommend going here for your next haircut!

Amazing experience! Very calming environment, my stylist - Desiree was so patient and asked multiple questions and did exactly how i wanted im so happy from the service:)) highly recommended!

My hair was styled by Mélissa, and I was delighted with my cut. I cut a lot of length plus a gradient in the front and it looked exactly like my model photo. Perfect, I recommend it!

Definitely will be my go to salon for my hair. I had Sam and she was just lovely and kind, knew what she was doing. Even gave me a lot of suggestions for my hair. I brought my baby with me and the overall environment was great, even when my baby got a bit fussy. Everyone was genuinely great and was not at all judging or mad. One of the hair stylists even played peekaboo with her to make her happy.

I booked an appointment to treat myself since i have not gotten a haircut in years. Erin did such a good job. Kept confirming if this is what i wanted. I left overwhelmed. I was so happy with how my hair turned out. Loved it. Thank you so much Erin. You’re beautiful and amazing.

Highly recommended. Staff is so friendly. I had a hair cut and it was perfectly fit with my requirement.
