Vedder Park is an elegant park that has a peaceful environment with a lot of amenities. The park features a large asphalt parking lot, two fenced dog off-leash areas, washroom facilities and more. There are also nature-themed playgrounds and adult fitness stations available. Vedder Park is a good place for kids as well as older people. Visit the park to relax, walk, bike, picnic, fish, etc. In this park, a plethora of modern playground equipment is available for kids of all ages. Vedder Park has 2 fenced off-leash areas, 1 for small dogs and one for all-sized dogs.

2025 Update: Vedder Park currently serves as a destination for Rotary Trail users, dog owners and as an informal picnic and open space amenity area.

Sardis Park features playgrounds, picnic tables, washrooms and a pond walk. The 655-metre outer looping path allows the visitors to take in the fantastic views and vistas as they participate in outdoor activities. Sardis Park has various recreational activities, like a nice little playground with a swing set and some dedicated workout equipment. There are also benches, picnic tables, and shade trees. Sardis Park is perfect for the family to enjoy a walk in the park and see some of the most beautiful birds. There is a nice pond you can walk around, and plenty of open space.

2025 Update: Sardis Park is home to the Eco Market, which is open from 4 pm to 8 pm every Wednesday night from May until October.

Townsend Park covers 15 hectares and is surrounded by a play area, change rooms, concession washrooms and other amenities. The Wolfe family washroom is open from dawn to dusk. The Park's outdoor facility also has a walking trail around its perimeter, which is approximately 2.3 km in length. Their soccer fields do not have lights available and are rotated 90 degrees in mid-season to minimize wear and tear. Fireworks look beautiful in the region. All arrangements are always best at this place.

2025 Update: A new park for children aged 2-5 years old has opened up at Townsend Park.
