I've been long anticipating an appointment at the Sapphire lounge after many friends had visited with rave reviews. I spent a delightful afternoon with Ashley having some excellent chats while my hair was transformed by her expert hands. She also had plenty to share about care and maintenance to keep it healthy! It was a great experience and my hair looks and feels amazing! Thank you so much!!
Staff were welcoming at reception and departure of appointment. Andrew that did my hair was amazing. He was kind, courteous and thoughtful. He asked all the right questions in order that I received exactly the look I wanted. A great set up location. I would highly recommend.
Melanie is absolutely amazing! Super friendly, confident and made me feel so comfortable. She did an AMAZING job with my hair! And I can't wait to go back and see her!! Anyone who sees her will not be disappointed!
