BASS LAKE PROVINCIAL PARK REVIEWS
We loved our time fishing, swimming, star-gazing, biking, walking, and 'camping' here! The sites are large and most have decent privacy. Many have some slope to them as described on the booking website but we were very happy with ours. From check-in to departure we had no issues or complaints.
We visited the park on day use pass. Great park . You can bbq in many places. There are few pavilions in case of rain. Beach is small but good enough. Water is fairly warmer since it's a smaller lake.
Very nice park to visit, the water is clean. It's great for kayaking or canoeing as well. Gorgeous nature.

So many trails to explore, you can discover different paths every time you go. Dogs love it and you get to meet so many different breeds. It is very muddy there right now..
Easy trails suitable for families with kids and for people who want to just have a pleasant walk. The colors in the fall are amazing. Make sure to use insect repellent though.

MCRAE POINT PROVINCIAL PARK REVIEWS
Very nice Beach area especially for families within 2:45 hours of drive from Toronto. Neat and clean sandy beach. Relatively smaller beach so get there early before it’s filled up. Enjoy BBQ under beautiful and huge trees full of shades right around the beach side. Clean and clear water. Do bring beach umbrella and chairs. Great experience with inflatables if you got one. Nicely maintained washrooms, something families pay special attention to. Their camp sites are great too but very limited spaces close to the scenic beach area.
Superb experience and had gala time in camping with Family and friends. Make arrangements for your snacks and food from home and always take coolers to keep your food for 2 days. Make sure to take mosquito replant and after bite cream. Steady beach to go inside water and enjoy afternoon with Family. Washrooms are maintained properly. Enjoy your 2 days camping.
The water's edge trail is about 5km, was a good walk. Noticablely bugs were very active. The beach area was nice and clean. The water was supper clear. Washrooms and picnic areas. A good camping site.
