Went here for the first time. I had been following updates about this salon on social media as the owner posts alot about helping in the community and exciting news about staff. Made be feel like it was a family oriented place. I had a fantastic experience with Kristy. She is new but did an amazing job and was very friendly. I highly recommend her. I did feel the price was great now for the promotion they were offering but I couldn't afford to go there on a regular basis. Loved the owner. She is very friendly and welcoming.

Staff was very friendly as soon as I walked in the door. Offered beverages during the short time we waited before my appointment. Brianna was very professional and polite and made sure I liked how my hair was while she was doing it. I would definitely go back and recommend to friends.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time at the Holiday Princess Party. The staff were all very welcoming and did an awesome job pampering the young ladies that attended the event. We will definitely go again. Thank you!

CAVANA RIDGE REVIEWS

From the atmosphere, to the ambience, to the interior design, the friendliness of the staff, it is truly a five star experience coming here. The RMTs at this spa are extremely good at what they do and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The therapeutic massage included hot towels, heated blankets, tranquil music, aromatic oils and pleasant conversation. It was a wonderful experience and I look forward to coming back in the future.

I absolutely enjoyed my first visit to Cavana Ridge, Shauna was very welcoming and supportive throughout my time, Sarah my massage therapist was excellent and to end the day off right with a light lunch at the Botanical Garden which was just fantastic . I highly recommend this spa you will be impressed by the quality and excellent customer service.

This is an absolute gem in Orillia. Not only is this spa beautiful, but it also offers a full range of services, including a beautiful courtyard restaurant. And it is high quality at a reasonable price. The owners and every staff member are knowledgeable and friendly. The ambiance is superb. I highly recommend it!!

I always get many compliments on my nails, My tooth gem, my permanent bracelet and Look forward to many more compliments for a great work done. I recently starting getting my eyebrows done monthly by Alicia. She had been absolutely amazing. I’m so glad I switched salons. Not only is she great at what she does, she is such a genuine and caring person. Definitely recommend her for your next salon service.

I’ve been going to Shania to get my lashes done and I am so happy with them. I have never met a lash tech with such amazing customer service and the ability to offer so many other things. I guarantee any service you get from her. You will leave smiling and happy.
