Working with Jay and his team at Catlin Inc. was enjoyable from start to finish. Their communication, level of professionalism, attention to detail, and care in their craft is best in class. Catlin Inc. oversaw the renovation of our entire main floor (removal of walls, new kitchen, new fireplace, doors, windows, flooring, painting), a new staircase, new en suite bathroom, a new powder room in our basement, and the move of our laundry room from the main floor to the basement. Jay Catlin and his team were very reliable and professional through the entire process. We received regular communication on the progress and were asked for our input on preferences wherever possible, which we really appreciated. No renovation comes without surprises. If he was presented with anything unexpected, Jay brought it to our attention immediately and provided options as to how to move forward. We can't say enough good things about our experience, and would highly recommend to anyone looking at doing a large scale renovation.

Although I have not worked with Catlin personally, I have seen their work first hand and can say I was thoroughly impressed! Nothing but good things were said about the team and the final product looks great! Would definitely recommend Catlin if you are considering a home renovation or addition.
