Lakeland Homes team is amazing! We were very impressed with their services, from people working on the house and involved in manual labor, to the fantastic contractors and suppliers they work with. They were open to modification and adjustments to acomodate our needs and selection of finishes was really nice. Special thanks to Mike, Pat, Dan, Denise and the rest of the team in office that did everything they possibly could to successfully meet our deadlines. Looking forward to do another project with them in a near future.

After 3 years of enjoyable issue free home ownership I felt compelled to leave a 5 star review. From initial contact to the final housewarming gifts left for our family, this will never be forgotten. We have been in our home for five years. Lakeland built our ranch home to our specifications. The house is outstanding. We have called Lakeland on occasion for minor issues and they always respond immediately. The service is outstanding even after the warranty period expired.
