I recently had a home inspection done by Beni from Northwood Home Inspections, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service provided. Beni was incredibly patient throughout the entire process, taking the time to explain each issue in detail. The report I received afterward was comprehensive and easy to understand, complete with photos and recommendations for repairs.

Piece of mind and one stop shopping and if that doesn't get you. Ask about the warranties. One stop shopping, I have called Benni up after inspections for advice and he always makes the time to help me out.

Concise, precise, patience, ++ knowledge and honesty. Had everything I was looking for.

Levin did an excellent job with our home inspection in Surrey. It is a fairly new home and visually flawless. He is very detailed and picked up a lot of things we wouldn't have noticed - areas that were poorly built, things that need repair inside & out, appliances that are not functioning right, etc. (Word of advice: ALWAYS inspect! Even if the house looks new!) He's very knowledgeable and offered valuable advice. We can move into our new home with a peace of mind, knowing what we need to fix and service. I'm a realtor myself and have been through a lot of home inspections. When it came to my own home purchase, I wouldn't call anyone else but I Find It home inspections. They're the best in the industry.

Mo was great and detailed. He thoroughly checked everywhere and gave us peace of mind when looking for a place to purchase. They respond quickly and got my inspection report the same day. Inspection day went very smoothly! Would recommend.

Peter is a highly-reviewed gentleman who exceeded our expectations in prompt response, attendance, and reporting for a maintenance inspection of a 40-year-old residence. He was personable and patient with our concerns and questions, and happy for us to tag-along throughout. We learned much and now have a manageable prioritized "to do" list for electrical, plumbing, and heating services. This was three hours and money well-spent.

The best inspector in town. Peter performed a mold inspection in one of the rental properties a manage. He helped me a lot to deal with our tenant. Peter explained us all the details of the report. He promptly answers to all phone calls, messages and emails. Very professional and it was very nice to work with him. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a mold inspection.
