A Buyer's Choice Home Inspections

We have had 3 inspections done with a buyers choice. 3 times the inspection was great, Adam was very thorough, noted many things from superficial to important and outlined them in a way everyone can understand. He went above and beyond to get me pics and videos of the barns though not inspected (wasn't part of contract). We're from another province and through Adam and our realtor were confident enough to buy without personally seeing, and all in all we have had no major surprises. I would recommend Adam and a buyers choice to anyone.

I highly recommend Adam as he is a professional home inspector who helped us to understand the technical areas of the home with easy term and example. As first time home buyer we do not know so many things about a house but we have been able to make our investment decision easily with his professional inspection report & guidance. I recommend to include the estimated cost for each repair/issues as an annexure in the report that will provide better clarity to the user.

Adam was great to deal with. The inspection report was very thorough and he answered any questions we had. One of the best inspection reports we have ever received. Would highly recommend!
