Apex Home Inspection

We called on Friday and were able to set up an inspection for the Monday. This is our first home purchase and we really wanted a detailed inspection because we have no clue what to look for as far as maintenance or concerns in a home. I'm SO glad that Mike did our inspection. He was completely thorough and went through our report step by step, taking the time fore to jot notes and answering all of our questions. He is personable, quick, responsive and detailed. His price is great and it's worth every penny! We're happy to know exactly what we need to do to keep up with home maintenance and looking forward to moving in! Thanks Mike!!!

Mike was great to work with. Being an independent first time home buyer, I literally knew nothing. He was very patient with all my questions... even the ones that don’t pertain to him! His inspection and presentation was very thorough and informative. He took the time to explain everything, including some potential solutions and longer term plans.
