Blue Owl Inspections

We used Blue Owl inspections for a townhouse in Burnaby. Paul was great to deal with and when at site made sure to check in if I had any questions. The inspection was very thorough and could not be happier to find any recommendations and ensure everything was working well. The duration was longer than I expected which reassured me no shortcuts were taken. Their reports are pristine documents and given very quickly after the inspection. Would highly recommend!!

My partner and I decided to change home inspectors at the last minute and we are very happy we went with Paul. He inspected a condo we were looking to purchase and he was very thorough, informative and professional. My partner had many questions about the building and in general and Paul took the time to explain everything and address our concerns. I, myself learned a lot about our future home. Paul is fantastic! Professional and very responsive. My partner and I were stuck in traffic on the way to meet him, so we were late. He had to run for another inspection but spent a few minutes to give us a run down of his findings. His report is VERY detailed, which gave us and idea of what we should prioritize in repairing/replacing. I will definitely recommend him and hire him again in the future, when needed.
