just want to clarify that I am realtor with Team Kleiner. And I just wanted to send another amazing review for Michael. I want to point out that Michael is very professional and very detailed in the work that he does. He sends a great confirmation emails and follow up communication with both listing and selling agents and of course to person that hired him for service. These little details make the transaction go smoothly. I have seen other inspectors not send a confirmation messages to anybody and so you don’t really know who to expect or what the duration of the inspection should be. Bottom line is this guy, Michael , super professional, and I will always recommend him. He sets a high standard.

I don’t have another inspector to compare to, but I’ve used him twice (one for an apartment and one for a house), and I really appreciate that he’s thorough and cares. He’s honest about what he sees, and the report he gives is very thorough, which is great because I can’t remember everything he says the day of. In comparison to the things required of inspectors based on BC’s requirements, he goes above and beyond. Michael is very responsive, as well as professional and accommodating where possible.

We reached out to Zegarra to inspect a home and were extremely impressed with Michael’s work. The attention to detail and the extra time he took to walk us through and communicate his observations and recommendations were exceptional and speaks loudly to his expertise and professionalism.
