I don't post reviews that often, but I would like to commend the staff that handled my booking cancellation. I'm sorry if I didn't get your name, but I appreciate you. We were already on our way but we had to cancel due to a personal emergency. The staff/staffs that handled the matter handled it perfectly, no questions asked. Thank you again! Also, the price point was reasonable considering that I booked our room the same day.

Check in was smooth, staff was very nice and helpful both front desk, cleaners and breakfast room staff. I think the previous reviews are cap, this is not The Ritz-Carlton or Four Seasons. For its class, it’s a great hotel and I’ll lodge there again.

Everything was great. Staff were friendly and welcoming - they gave us some great tips for getting around and provided prices for taxi’s and parking. Location was great.

PICKERING CASINO RESORT REVIEWS

Stayed 1 night for a work function, I had no issues with finding the hotel or navigating the parking lots. I loved the covered parking area and the walk to the hotel was only about 5 minutes from where I parked. Found the reception area and booked in with the friendly staff, they answered all of my questions. Directions to the elevator and my room were bang on. I loved that the elevator won't take you to your floor without a key card. The room was very clean and spacious and the bathroom was very spacious, bright and very clean. Slept great in the comfy king bed the room was very dark and so quite. All in all a great place to stay I highly recommend it and i would definately stay again.

We stayed at this hotel three times in the last 3 months. Can't say enough about the customer service at the front desk of the hotel and the housekeeping in our rooms we have enjoyed every stay as much as the last. Great variety of slots which seems to be ever-changing which is fun and on our last visit it was a great surprise to see an espresso / coffee maker in our room until next time thank you,

Rooms are very spacious and very comfortable beds. Had a great time with wife and the Casino is just the Right size and enough slots and tables to play. Very clean and decorative and spacious casino. Will come again and stay.
