CHESTNUT HILL DEVELOPMENTS RECREATION COMPLEX REVIEWS

An excellent place to work out and get in shape. 50 meter pool, kiddies pool, diving board, dry and wet sauna, great whirlpool, cardio room, weight room, running track, programs for everyone. Very reasonable membership fees. Can't say enough good about this place. But one slight problem; showers are good temp. but too low-pressure.

Very friendly staff. Large pool. Lots of locker rooms. The toddler pool is very limited - other nearby rec centres are much better for toddler pools. Great day care facility and staff! Lots of cardio equipment in the gyms. Decent mix of exercise equipment split into two areas. Arena at the back with 2 pads and some party rooms. Go lightning.

We went for swimming, there's an entrance fee for public swim. The pool is a good size,not crowded, diving area with deep water, shallow pool for toddlers. Main pool water is deep, therefore guards strict for parents observing their kids, some rules are ridiculous but the general experience was positive.

PICKERING PLAYING FIELDS REVIEWS

Decent outdoor mini putt. The course is not the most fair in terms of having an even turf, putting clubs & placement of the holes but it is good fun in Pickering. Would comeback again. Batting cages are pretty fun too. When we went, 50km & 80km were closed. 4 tokens costed $18. They have volleyball courts too. You can buy beers & do the course. Quite fun.

I had such a great time here during my work's corporate event! The batting cages, beach volleyball court, mini put and driving range are great as team bonding activities. Everything was functional! Highly recommend this place for families and work parties! There staff here are helpful and friendly. So glad I discovered this little gem in pickering through my workplace! Will be coming back with my family one day before summer ends. I might have to join the volleyball league they organize each summer, as the court size and net equipments were high quality!

Finally came here with a friend to the driving range over the weekend, it has been years since i have been back. Felt like a blast from the past. The staff were very friendly and helpful, ample space at the driving range and price of the ball buckets are very reasonable. Need to come back again soon to learn back my Golfing skills!

GEORGE ASHE LIBRARY & COMMUNITY CENTRE REVIEWS

Library is confirmed. Staffs are kind and helpful. Kids play around and there is facilities for enjoy all family members. There is many events availability for this summer in central library and Ashe library. Which announced on board. Writing workshop, AI assistant webinar, reading together, teen and pre teen events , Ontario disability support program and more.

Very nice local community centre, perfect for small events for 50-100 people. The library has enough books that we never run out for each phase of our toddler's reading levels. Staff is always nice and helpful. Looking forward to the upcoming renovations!

Booked the venue for kids birthday party. A very nice place, doesn't look like your typical "community center" room, it has an entire glass window/wall facing the garden/patio, and you get full use of their kitchen.
