Our wedding was absolutely perfect, and this was in no small part to the dedication, organization, and flawless execution of Ashley and her team as our month of/day of coordinator. From the moment we connected, Ashley made me feel instantly excited about partnering with her. Her knowledge, positive personality, and personal and professional experience with weddings at the Guild Inn was exactly what I was searching for. Weeks before the event Ashley was in touch to take over all coordination and scheduling with our vendors. She put together an itinerary that maximized our day, and made sure all vendors knew where they were supposed to be and when (we where ahead of schedule and got to join our cocktail hour due to the excellent time management of Ashley and team!) She was always available to answer my questions or help problem solve. She talked me through all our options and always gave her professional recommendation for what she knew would work best. She was a blast to work with and so kind to us, but also firer and feisty when she had to be, sticking up for us and making sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Ashley and team, thank you so much for taking such good care of us in our big day. The stress you eliminated from us afforded us the opportunity to be present and enjoy our day more than we thought possible, and that was priceless!!! If you’re looking for month of coordination I urge to stop and PRAY Ashley and her team is available for your date. You will not regret it!!!

Ashley & Team were an absolutely essential part of not only the day-of our wedding, but the weeks leading up. Ashley helped free our minds of the things you don’t want to be worrying about on your special day, and everything in between. She helped organize the rest of our vendors, provided schedules for various different people that were involved in the day, provided multiple recommendations for other vendors, handled the day with grace & decisiveness and even sewed one of our guests pants together in the minutes leading up to our ceremony. We can’t thank Ashley enough!!

Ashley was an amazing coordinator to work with. She brings lots of expertise and she’s very sweet, responsive and professional. She answered every question I had with grace and on our wedding day, she was a godsend for making things run as smoothly as possible. I felt very unstressed because she took care of everything, most times before I even had to ask. As a fellow type A and someone who appreciates organization, working with her was great. Hire her!!!
