BEST WESTERN PLUS WATERFRONT HOTEL REVIEWS

My experience at Best Western Plus was a great one with my family. We spent the weekend for my son’s Provincial Basketball Tournament. The Hotel advertised the tournament with a huge billboard right at the front desk which was very impressive. The room and pool was very clean. Shadia’s help for the entire weekend was exceptional. Great location, very central and beautiful night ambience of the River and Detroit which is minutes away.

Stayed here a night as I was traveling for work. Hotel is an older building but it's very well kept and maintained. The staff was super friendly! The parking is a little inconvenient, but that's to be expected in a downtown setting. Our room was very clean and spacious and the view! Oh my goodness the view was beautiful! For the price I paid for my room and the service/view I got, I feel like I cheated them. I'll inevitably be back for work travel again and I'll definitely stay here.

I stayed in this place during the first week, when covid was announced a pandemic. I decided to isolate myself there after a work trip. Got a gorgeous river view room on a high floor, for a reasonable price. The service and the staff and everything at this place made those days and the isolation much easier.

CAESARS WINDSOR REVIEWS

Visited from Detroit. Stayed on a Monday night for best price. Comfortable rooms. Was a bit of a maze to walk inside from the parking garage but when we were leaving someone tipped us that it's easier to just walk across from outside to the lobby rather than snaking thru the casino. One person in our party was 19 and had to show both his ID and US passport to security when going into the casino so make sure to have them both ready and on your person for that. Other than that our stay was a fun night and enjoyed the table games and some slots. Dinner at Legends was great too. Hope to be back soon.

Hotel was amazing and very nicely decorated. Our room was great, very clean and modern and the beds are very comfy. My husband was there for a conference at the Augustus tower. The casino was great, it's 2 floors, so lots of slots and tables to choose from. The gym and pool were awesome. The food and drinks were very good and everyone was so nice and helpful from the beginning to the end!

Caesars Windsor is a FABULOUS hotel. Definitely a 10 out of 10. Rooms are spacious / clean. Staff at the Windsor are so friendly. I have never had a bad stay. I cannot say enough about how enjoyable my stays have been.

HAMPTON INN AND SUITES BY HILTON WINDSOR REVIEWS

I had to stay for the night by not getting over the ambassador bridge due to some personal issues. Anyway the young lady greeted me and took care of getting me checked in. The inside of the room was really nice and very clean. Shower was even nicer. I didn't take any photos but it was perfect. Didn't stay for breakfast due to having to leave in a hurry. Looks like a good morning for those who can take advantage.

The hotel has been newly renovated. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. We booked couple of rooms for an event and it was a great experience. Robert at the reception was great help! I would highly recommend to stay at this hotel.

Great experience! Brand new reno's! Downfall..hot tub not working...was really looking forward to it..and the lady in the kitchen..Cathy...is amazing ! Great job !!
