“Capri Pizzeria Recreation Complex has spectator seating for approximately 500 persons per rink. The gymnasium can be used as a reception hall accommodating 150 people. A full kitchen is adjacent to the auditorium with an immediate serving area. The layout has made this room a popular choice for hosting large social events and renting out for alcohol service. The double pad arena features ice from August through May and from September through March. Their sports gym is ideal for floor hockey, tennis, basketball, pickleball, soccer and volleyball. They offer kids skating lessons and hockey games. The centre provides free parking.

2025 Update: There is lots of room on the small dog side as well as the big dog side. The arena is perfect for hockey and skating, and there are plenty of seats for parents to watch.”

VOLLMER CULTURE AND RECREATION COMPLEX REVIEWS

I celebrated my daughter's 8th birthday with her best friend over the past weekend and I have to say it was one of the funnest experience the kids had. We wanted to do something that was scheduled and interactive and this is exactly what we wanted. The staff was absolutely great. The thing that we did was Carnival and next time we definitely want to try the science experiment. If you are looking for a fun interactive low-key birthday party experience for your child we would 100% recommend!! Thank you to the Vollmer staff!

We went to the Strawberry Festival on Thursday night and saw an up and coming young singer, Tayler Lynn! She was amazing! I loved her original songs! Her Coldplay cover was beautiful! The Vollmer is a great venue for this long standing LaSalle tradition! It's great to see so many people attending the Strawberry Festival after its brief covid hiatus.

We love having the Vollmer Centre so close to home. The centre has two ice rinks, a pool, gym, indoor walking track, party rooms, as well as a new playground and splash pad. There are also several soccer fields on the property. A wonderful place for kids to be active and social.

CAPRI PIZZERIA RECREATION COMPLEX REVIEWS

I have had all my children enrolled in a variety of programs over the last 16 years at least and I have always been satisfied. My 6 year old is in gymnastics at the moment and although she was a bit disappointed about how it was structured by the instructors everything ended up getting sorted. I appreciate the cost and convenience of the programming but what should be acknowledge is the level of quality expected of the instuctors and the effort they put into making sure the children in their care have a fun, engaging and worthwhile experience. Thank you for taking the concerns of myself and my child into consideration.

Great facility. Large gym with lots of equipment to use. They even have hockey nets if you want to play some floor hockey. They even have smaller basketball nets for the younger kids. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The party rooms are nice and big.

Always great ice! Always kind and helpful with our kids Skating lessons and Hockey games!

Toldo Lancer Centre is an outstanding facility for fitness, sports, and recreation in Windsor. The gym is spacious, clean, and equipped with modern machines and free weights for all workout needs. The pool, courts, and indoor track are well-maintained, and there’s always plenty of space for both individual training and group activities. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist, creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. Whether you’re a student, athlete, or community member, the Toldo Lancer Centre offers everything you need to stay active and healthy in one place.

Best place for physical activity, it has well maintained forge centre for workout, it even has a pool and indoor field, all are well maintained and, they even provide fitness coordinator if required. There is dedicated instructional hall for dance, mind & body and martial arts.

The building is always clean and well maintained. The gym is a bit small, especially for the amount of students that the university holds, but its manageable.
