From the very moment you step foot in the door you are greeted with a smile and pleasant vibes (I'm all about the vibes). I've had a couple of Venus Freeze treatments and a pedicure from Natalee and WOW I'm definitely impressed. Impressed with the results of the services, the spa itself and then the staff. I will absolutely book again. I found my spa :) (pedicure after 2 weeks still going strong, no chips.

Refresh Day Spa has a beautiful atmosphere and wonderful staff. Everyone has always been extremely helpful whether it be explaining products or services or simply demonstrating kindness and professionalism during a service. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone needing a little "me-time"! You'll leave feeling refreshed and renewed.

Refresh is a delightful place to work at. I’ve been an esthetician here for 1.5 years. Management is great and the variety of services are AWESOME. Clients stay happy.

I got a deluxe facial here with Doris, and she was absolutely amazing!! Complete gold stars for her! She was soothing, comforting, and very thorough in her work. She asked multiple times if I was comfortable, if anything needed to be changed (which didn’t because she was doing a fantastic job). I will absolutely get another deluxe facial with Doris because she was the best! I wish I could have tipped her more genuinely, maybe one day I can. As for the deluxe facial review, it was amazing and exactly what I needed. It has left my skin feeling refreshed, smooth, and I will be a returning customer.

I purchased a spa package as a gift for my mom and sisters for Christmas! I have never seen them so happy after a spa appt. Thank you to Nicole and team for making my family feel so special. I can’t imagine my mom and sisters going anywhere else for a spa day.

The Estetica staff are a wonderful group of talented women who show the utmost respect, kindness and appreciation to each and every client as well as each other. Estetica is a great place to go for all of your esthetic needs!

PURE DAY SPA REVIEWS

My favourite spa! They are so welcoming and knowledgeable. The Pure Cleansing Facial is my go to. I was recommended the Eminence clear skin probiotic cleanser for breakouts and this line has dramatically improved my skin. On my last visit, I was looking for a moisturizer. Sanja recommended the Mary Cohr holiday gift set, which happened to be on sale and I had never tried before. I always look forward to being pampered and leaving refreshed.

I had the most amazing facial today with Deb. It was so soothing and moisturizing, hot towels and soft hands for 1.5 hours of much needed me time Deb made recommendation as to which facial would be best for me and I let her do what needed to be done.

I got a facial and massage done by Erin. It was absolutely incredible, beyond my expectations! I cannot recommend her enough! Seriously 11/10.
