Wow, where to start! Thank you so much for the amazing service last night and getting everyone home safe. Our driver Jesse was outstanding - what a great guy, so much fun and a safe driver. Kelly, your service from the first email inquiring about your company was incredible - quick responses, professional and helpful. The limo bus was extremely clean and in like new top notch condition. Our driver, James was great! We had a fun time on our wine tour. The limo was beautiful and everything went smoothly. I was also very impressed with the lady named Kelly that helped book the day. She was very quick to respond to emails and answered all of my questions. Would definitely recommend!

Exceptional service! We rented a limo for my son's birthday party and they gave us the Hummer limo- my son was ecstatic! The scheduling was very organized and the driver was very patient (we had a few kids in the limo) and intent on meeting our needs. He didn't just meet our needs; he exceeded our expectations, entirely! I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who's looking, and I'd be sure to hire them again. Highly Recommended!

I booked the 20 passenger Hummer limo to help me with my proposal to my girlfriend, now my fiancee! Windsor Cruze limousines accommodated my requests to make the day as special as could be for us. Shawn the driver was respectful to both my fiancee and I from start to finish. I will definitely be a return customer and would reccomend them to anyone for there special event.

This is the best bus company ever! Tony our driver was absolutely amazing. Our bus with another company cancelled last minute and Windsor Cruze was able to send us a ride in 20 minutes and saved our night! I would 100% recommend.

A huge THANK YOU to VIP Chauffeured Services for shuttling the guests for my nephews wedding on Saturday, October 9th. Guests were shuttled from their hotel in Windsor to a winery in Amherstburg about 30 minutes away. I was a little nervous as all communication was done via e-mail instead of by phone however, I had no reason to worry as they arrived on schedule and delivered guests safely to and from the wedding. They were also half the price of all other Limo/Shuttle services that I had requested quotes from. Thank you to the driver Mr. Arnold who very patiently waited for the last of the guests to board the shuttle back to the hotel.

We were very pleased with our experience with VIP Chauffeured Services round-trip from Windsor to Metro Airport in Detroit. Our original travel group became smaller and we needed to downsize the vehicle. They accommodated us and in the process saved us money. Both drivers Derrick and Laurie were professional, early and excellent.

We would definitely use this service again. Philip the driver went above and beyond to insure we made our way home safely. Crossing the border twice took his and our patience.. he is a companionate caring man. You run an awesome company.
