“Canadian Aviation Museum showcases vintage civilian and military aircraft and artifacts in a hangar. Canadian Aviation Museum is managed by the Canadian Historical Aircraft Association (CH2A), a non-profit organization established in 1994. The museum's goal is to honour Canadian veterans by preserving, maintaining, restoring, showcasing, and exhibiting antique or vintage military and civilian aircraft and artifacts significant to the history of Canadian aviation. You can also tour their selection of Canadian aircraft and learn about their roles in the World Wars. The Canadian Aviation Museum offers free admission for members, veterans, and children aged 6 and under.

2025 Update: Their historical aircraft hangar is the ideal setting for receptions and special gatherings. It offers wheelchair accessibility.”

“2025 Update: Olde Walkerville Theatre is a multi-use venue and can host all sorts of events from weddings and parties to concerts, dance recitals and fundraisers. It is a renowned venue for concerts and live performances. Olde Walkerville Theatre was designed by Architect C. Howard Crane. The Theatre was built between 1918-1920 and officially opened its doors on September the 20th of 1920. The Theatre is currently owned by Mary and Andy Lambros. The venue is a one-of-a-kind in the area, and look forward to being a part of the Walkerville community for another 100 years. It offers wheelchair accessibility.”

CANADIAN AVIATION MUSEUM REVIEWS

We spent hours in this wonderful museum. The display of aircraft and artifacts is amazing. We were lucky to have met one of the folks restoring the De Havilland Mosquito aircraft and he took the time to explain in detail the work they've put into restoring this wooden wonder! There are kid friendly displays and there are a couple of aircraft you can 'fly' in simulator mode, that was so much fun!

Amazing hospitality, very very friendly guides with great knowledge and passion. I really recommend people to visit if they are in Windsor.

This was a very educational experience! We had a very knowledgeable tour guide who was super friendly and helpful! It was a great way to spend a rainy afternoon in Windsor ON.

CHIMCZUK MUSEUM REVIEWS

Excellent place to take the kids and family for a fun day. They have two art rooms for kids to colour, do crafts and play with some very cool stuff. They also have a mini bridge for the kid to walk on, and also another mini bridge they can build and play with boats in the water( it’s magnetic and very cool) my son loved it. They have a themed room; last month it was space themed, so we were able to purchase some space merchandise, which my son loves, this month was fire fighters, my son said it was his favourite room, and there were some firefighter arts and crafts. We really enjoyed the scavenger hunt through the museum and looking through the art gallery and all of the amazing views of the river. Definitely a great place to visit again and again. Five stars !! Weekend is the best for kids ! They have arts and crafts up stairs as well with someone directing them.

This is a wonderful museum we had saw. Not so big but has more resources of science, and many kind explanation there, it could make sure to enrich our knowledge.We like here very much.

Went here for Free Comic Book Day. They had some wonderful activities for kids and a few fun kiosk as well. Kids had a great time walking through the museum and seeing the artwork, too. Definitely would return.

Recently attended the Beatles Blues show. Lovely quaint theater. Music was festive and we really enjoyed our night out. Upgraded our seats to a booth, well worth the money.

Great time performing at the theatre. Staff, crew, and audience were all wonderful. Lots of charm in this lovely place. Thank you from Green River Revival!
