Best Western Plus Rose City Suites

The best Best Western I've ever stayed at. Nothing but good things to say. Spacious, quiet rooms. Friendly service. Great breakfast. Accommodating parking for me and my boat. Amazing housekeeping, and well staffed. We were there on a busy weekend with hockey groups and wedding groups and we didn't hear a thing in our room. I didn't sleep well on the bed but that's a matter of personal preference, I like a hard bed and it was a little soft. If I have to stay in Welland again I'll definitely go back.

This is my second time staying at a BW excellent experience. The hotel is very clean and very nice staff. Tiffany was very nice with the site seeing recommendations (TY) John and Lynn pleasant check in at 12 am tired nd exhausted. First time in Canada ???????? this hotel is literally closed to everything Niagara Falls and beautiful site seeing. Overall great experience!!!!!!!! The breakfast was delicious the waffles a 10 the lady that managed the breakfast bar she kicked azz!!!!!!!! Excellent service!!!!!!!

Loved our stay here. The room was excellent. The King Suite was an actual suite! The kitchenette was perfectly functional. Staff were very helpful. Great location along the recreational canal.
