Coast Abbotsford Hotel & Suites

Staying here now and would happily stay again. The front desk staff has been very helpful and accommodating and the room is great- super comfortable. The bed is soft, pillows new and firm, room (basic with king sized bed) is a good size with sitting area and desk, bathroom has a deep soaker tub, bathroom products are great (and are provided in large containers so I can use lots and don’t have a ton of tiny plastic bottles to send to the landfill!). Beyond that there are lots of usb outlets, lots of hot water, and the a/c works and is straightforward to use. Drawbacks to the hotel are pretty minor- the parking lot is awkward to get into because of the way the surrounding roads have been developed (although the location is great otherwise), elevator is a bit dated.

The head of housekeeping lady or continental breakfast lady her name is Ronni and she’s an absolute sweetheart and this hotel has great service, we noticed there wasn’t any shampoo or conditioner at first and called the front desk they gave us shampoo + conditioner + body wash to bring home. Thank you coast this was a great stay !

This hotel might be 3 stars, but it has 5-star service (clean, nice rooms) and 10-star staff (always so accommodating!). I come to Coast on the regular for work and always leave satisfied with my stay. Definitely would recommend to anybody visiting Abbotsford. Thank you, Coast!
