Our hot water heater is nearing the end of its life and the first time our pilot needed to be cleaned we had called a few companies with all of them stating they wouldn’t be able to come in within a week. We then called 669-heat and not only were they quick to answer and helpful over the phone, but they sent a technician within the hour. Ray was so informative and let us know what we needed to look at if this happens again. Price was fair and the work was well done. The second time our pilot light went out we called again and spoke with Emma (very helpful and lovely on the phone) who directed us to Kyle. Kyle came to our home within a couple hours, fixed the issue and was able to inform us on the next steps now that this has happened a second time. We requested a quote for a new water heater and will be using it again in the future. Price is fair, the work is top-notch, and the service and information given by both technicians all culminated in great service. We recommend this company to anyone.

Our Carrier ductless A/C unit was showing an error and wasn’t cooling after starting it up for the first time this summer. Josh came out the next day to assess it, and found it would need a new motherboard. He ordered the part, it arrived a week later, and Josh returned to install it 2 days after it had arrived (at my earliest convenience). He had the old one removed and the new one installed in the same amount of time it took me to wash a sink full of dirty dishes! He also took some extra time to explain some functionalities of the system and remote. Super efficient, kind, and worth every penny.

Service, price and equipment is and was top notch! I had asked some people who had used Northern Air and how the company was to deal with before I went ahead. The people who used them said they were very happy with their service even after they had their furnace and a/c installed. Some had a few minor issues that were resolved and taken care of promptly. I would recommend dealing with Northern Air. We are glad we did.
