Action Furnace was great to deal with from start to finish! When I called to book a furnace and humidifier general servicing they responded very quickly and answered all my questions. Their technician, Jacob, arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. Jacob was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything he did in person and on the work invoice. We're very happy with the quality of the work and the price. Overall we had an excellent experience with Action Furnace.

This is my second time using Action Furnace and the service has been exceptional! The technicians have been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They have also respected my needs (wear a mask and remove footwear) in my house. During this maintenance, I needed an item in my furnace replaced and it was shown to me and I was given thorough details to understand the situation and make a decision. I’m very happy with the service I’ve received.

Our technician Luke was awesome! Had a great experience with the service and company. Furnace stopped working mid winter. Luke came, determined the issue right away, and was able to repair it within an hour. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Wore mask and gloves the whole time. Described everything he was doing in easy to understand terms. Very happy I called! 10/10 would recommend!
