After calling 4 separate local business for a quote on a new hot water tank Bob Pietz was the only company who returned my call immediately and gave me a quote over the phone. My family had an A/C unit installed by Dustin from Bob Pietz and it works great, yesterday we were having issues with it and we called them today and they, Dustin and his friend, were able to come day of and take a look. It ended up having a leak and they fixed it free of charge as the unforeseen issue was an issue with one of their parts. Dustin was very nice, professional, and very knowledgeable, able to answer any questions and even changed the filter. Couldn't be happier to have a working A/C. Enjoyed working with the company again.

Awesome service. Hot water heater tank failed Sunday night. New tank installed by Monday evening. Technician Dustin is courteous and professional. He had the new heater installed in under two hours.
