I dealt with Meagan Acorn when arranging the installation of a new AC unit after my current unit broke. She was very patient as I considered all my options and did not pressure me for a sale. She was also very responsive to questions. AC units are expensive and she clearly outlined all of my payment options that worked best for me. I believe I received a quality unit at a reasonable price. The install guys showed up on time, which was appreciated. They worked fast and efficiently, getting the job done sooner than I expected. I dealt with Cole, Owen and Seth. They got straight to work and were very courteous in my home. The installation looks clean and professional. I'm very satisfied with my experience.

Today I met Mitch and it was easy to see that he's great at what he does. The issue was diagnosed and repaired within 30 minutes with a thorough explanation of what was happening.
