Very impressed with this company who I used for the first time to clean my fireplace. Excellent customer service on first contact and when my appointment had to be re-scheduled. Very professional technician who explained what may go wrong down the road but without a pushy sales approach. Just setting expectations. I tried using another company first which was completely the opposite experience (didn't show up), and knew I had to look elsewhere. I'm sure glad this was the second place I called. All expectations exceeded and they now have a happy and loyal customer moving forward for future fireplace tune-ups!

Very happy with the service. We called General Heating for a service call and we had a problem with our furnace. They came on-time and fixed our furnace at a very reasonable price. They are very respectful, knowledgeable, and reliable. I will recommend it to family and friends.

Guys did a great job last year installing my gas furnace. It wasn't easy getting a gas furnace into an old house, but I was impressed with how they got it done. Thanks.
