I want to give a Shout Out to Kenny @LSM. He came out to our house to find out why our fan wasn't blowing on our furnace. He was very professional, and showed me exactly what the problem was. He needed a part and had to make a 20 minute drive back into Grande Prairie. He was back in record time, and had our furnace up and running in no time. We have used LSM for all our HVAC needs for the last 13 years. Our last experience was the installation of air conditioning and new thermostat. They showed up on time, gave excellent instructions on how to operate and maintain the air conditioning unit and when they leave there is never anything to be cleaned up. I highly recommend LSM.

Exceptional service from LSM! I work for a local fleet company, we needed a specialty bracket duplicated in a pinch and they were able to manufacture the bracket cheaper than our usual supplier.
