Reliance was great to us. We didn't rent our water heater from them initially, but when we called and inquired about renting they were here the next day installing a brand new unit. Then had the pleasure of having Tim their sales representative come to the house to talk to me about furnace rental and reverse osmosis filter rental. He was a super friendly and nice guy, really easy to talk to, very personable. We ultimately decided to just go with the water heater rental bundled with the R.O. filter. Very happy with the service we have received this far. Thanks Tim and the Reliance team for making this an easy and affordable transition.

The team at Sarnia Reliance we're extremely easy to work with! When my A/C unit quit on me, they had a technician come out the very next day! I needed a new unit and an appointment for a new one was booked right away. Our salesman, Tim, was so good to work with. He made the process easy and never tried to upsell us on something we didn't need. He gave us all our options and took care of everything. The install team arrived on time, we're very professional and left the house in perfect condition. Would definitely recommend them!

Reliance is an awesome company!, they're over-the-phone representatives were very prompt in getting my house a technician ASAP when I had a problem with my hot water tank. Technician came to my house to inspect the issue within hours of my phone call. They got me a tank replacement, with no non-sense. And the tech was super super awesome, very nice, went above & beyond in making sure this appliance/install was up to code, safe, clean, and working correctly. Awesome service!!
