My home furnace conked out on Dec 19, 2022. I made a phone call that night, spoke to the owner John, his installers Nick and Stephen arrived THE NEXT DAY AND COMPLETED the installation of a new furnace (including new venting and removal of the old furnace). John, Nick, Stephen, and even the individuals keeping me updated with arrival times and invoicing via email were thorough, responsive and professional. This emergency for me (as a father with 2 little children in the middle of winter) was handled with professionalism and care from the moment of my first call to their departure from my house. As with the other reviews, I was completely satisfied. 5 stars.

From start to finish, Unionville Heating and Cooling's team has been amazing. I spoke with John first and he was honest with me and gave me the best direction to what I needed for my home. It didn't take long for me to decide to go with this company. David, Christian and Nick were very professional and personable when they arrived and worked really hard in doing what they need to do. A follow-up phone call from John was made to see how everything went. This company really delivers from start to finish. A shout out goes to Michelle as well. She answered all my questions and helped coordinate a few things as well. Thank you so much for all that you did for my home. I highly recommend this company. There's no need to look elsewhere but this company.

Always excellent service, friendly, knowledgeable and polite staff. Prompt response if an issue arises. Todd has been doing our yearly maintenance check and provides wonderful, courteous service. We wouldn't use any other company for our heating and air conditioning needs.
