I have had opportunity to work with Shauna at Enlightened Way twice in the last 12 months. Her kind and non judgmental way is quite reassuring in a time of self doubt. Each session was unique and provide insight into what I was experiencing and effective tools to help with continued self support / care that are still as relevant today as they were in our first session. Thank you Shauna and keep up the good work, you are making a difference one human at a time.

I have never tried anything like this before but I went in with an open mind. When I got there Shauna was incredibly warm and welcoming. She talked to me and got to know me before we started and originally I went for help to quit smoking and day 1 is going great. But even if I don't continue to quit smoking she helped me through some other things and I left there feeling incredible and ready to move on with my life! Will most definitely be returning.

This is truly one of the most thrilling things I have ever done. Getting hypnotized is relaxing and just pure joy letting all you stresses and fear just float away it is truly a mind vacation. It is something that everyone needs. Please call and check it out. You will not regret it I promise.
