NIKKI'S NUTRITION REVIEWS

Nikki first helped me to navigate an elimination diet for some gut troubles I was having. When I was still feeling crummy, she recommended and set me up for a food intolerance blood test. We reviewed the results together and I have some real answers regarding what to stay away from and why. She provided me with some great recipes and I know she will support me over the next few months as I adjust for my long list of intolerances. No more bloat + No more embarrassing gas = WORTH IT.

Loved all the help Nikki gave me! She put me on the right track to living healthy! After a few months I am still following her guide and continue to get healthy and feel great.
