If you want fast service, friendly, personable and knowledgeable staff, this is the pharmacy for you!! Truly old school customer service, 100% Plus, while you wait a few minutes for your script, you can peruse the various antiques and other items the store has for sale. Highly recommend switching to this pharmacy, you won't be disappointed.

The prescribing pharmacist on site helped my child get much needed antibiotics today as the walk in clinics on Monday were full. The wait time was around 3 hours! She was amazing and made our day. Thank you for meeting a felt need in our community with compassion and care!!

The staff at Greg's pharmacy are awesome. They are so prompt and helpful with all my prescriptions. Keep up the great service.

I switched to this pharmacy cause it was alot more convenient for me knowing that some pharmacys were a little closer. Little did I know this pharmacy was going to be one of my best decisions in a long time.The amount of workers they have working at one time is incredible,wait time is minimal,always polite and they go far and beyond at doing there jobs.For the amount of people they see,they never called me the wrong name. Let's give a huge hand for Everret,I just found out not long ago he was the owner/pharmacist.I will just say he brought a prescription for me to the hospital,up to my floor.If that doesn't say what an incredible guy he is. I better finish this off with a salute to the whole team over there.

If you want a team of people at a pharmacy who CARE about you and your well being , this is the place to go . I have never dealt with a more helpful and wonderful group of pharmacy staff in my life . I am loyal to Mackenzie Drugs and they will FOREVER be my family's first choice pharmacy . Thank you so much for all you do!! There's no better place to go in medicine hat !!

This pharmacy is THE best in Medicine Hat . They always have time to chat to make sure you understand how to take your medicine. Very knowledgeable pharmacists, and the staff is completely wonderful . I would highly recommend this pharmacy above all the others in our community.

My wife had an appointment for a travel vaccine here, and we found the whole process very pleasant and professional. The person giving the vaccine made sure we knew what vaccines were required for our trip. My wife also noted that they have a nice supply of Hillberg and Berk earrings.

Had a travel immunization consultation with Leigh and she was absolutely fantastic. She made the whole process very easy to understand was very pleasant to be around. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone.
