The service and treatment in every aspect has been the best veterinary care I’ve ever experienced. From the after hours emergency call to an additional long-distance consultation, we received excellent care for our dog’s urgent care. The reception staff were very helpful, caring and organized. I felt the Dr. asked questions and listened and gave us very reasonable options for our situation. This is the first time ever I felt like the financial aspect was also taken into consideration by a clinic. I cannot say enough good about all of the staff and highly recommend this clinic. Well worth the long-distance drive.

Cypress View is consistently our go-to vet. We brought my child hood dog there and now my own dog, we've trusted Cypress View Vet for 25 years. The best are knowledgable, compassionate and patient with my questions. I never feel rushed or unheard. Also, my dog LOVES coming to the vet which tells me he feels loved there too!.

Dr Mason and the entire staff through a difficult time with one of our cats with the utmost respect. Would highly recommend going here.

Absolutely amazing people that work here. I have unfortunately had too many experiences this year with my dogs and emergency visits. They have taken such good care of my furr babies and have worked with me on the cost. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else. Love love love them.

My shitzu Rascal was very well taken care of. Jade was kind, gentle and educated. She answered almost all my questions before I even had to ask them. She took time to go through and find the right treat for my pup and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. She presented me with all my options and didn’t push a whole bunch of expensive tests. She recommended what she thought was best for rascal and let me decide with no judgment. Rascal was ok with Jade examining him and I could tell he also trusted her. Thank you Jade you gave me back my fun, playful, happy doggo. He’s doing great, not even overly upset over the changes in treats or food.

Sarah at reception was amazing to speak with while trying to sort out vaccinations after moving into province. So helpful! And upon arriving for vaccinations—process for checkin smooth and easy. Dr. Dooley was phenomenal—pleasant, caring, and informative. It’s Obvious that everyone cares deeply for the animals under their care. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
