I recently completed a Free yourself from Nicotine program. I've been smoking for 40+ years. I was tired of this habit and ready to quit, but needed the help having been unsuccessful on previous attempts. Peggy offers hypnotherapy as an aid to help based on individual needs. The whole experience was new to me and Peggy's approach was reassuring and comfortable. I'm delighted to be Smoke Free. The added bonus of recordings enables me to continue focus on a healthier and more mindful lifestyle. I highly recommend this service.
