I have been going there for years now with different pets. I always recommend their fabulous care. Not once have I ever felt like they were trying to overcharge or do unnecessary testing. Wouldn’t trust my fur babies with anyone else.
Dr. Alberto is excellent and explains things in such a great reassuring way. I've never felt pressured/guilted into spending money on exams or tests that may or may not be necessary like I have with other vets in the past. I feel that he has genuine concern and empathy for us. The staff were also enthusiastic and great to deal with all well.
I have been going to Torbay Road Animal Hospital since 2005 and cannot say one bad word about my experience here. I am presently seeing Dr Paul Rubinstein with my cat, Holly. He is very thorough, does not make me feel rushed, and friendly, even calls to check in on Holly after her appointment. All staff are very friendly.
